This magnificent holiday home is single-level, making it easy for the whole family to enjoy. Every detail has been carefully planned for you to enjoy your best holiday, ensuring it is filled with memory-making moments and no worries in the world.

The spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area seamlessly connects to the huge entertaining deck, which overlooks the large inground pool, huge trampoline and canal beyond.

Imagine relaxing here, gazing at the water and listening to the quiet sounds of the local wildlife as the sun does down behind the mountain. You’ll find it hard to believe you are not on a tropical island somewhere!

This home can sleep 10 people across 4 bedrooms, making it large enough for two families to holiday together, or to enjoy a special holiday with extended family. There's plenty of games and toys to keep all the kids entertained.

Three of the bedrooms offer queen beds, with the fourth offering two single bunk beds, a single bed and a single trundle bed (sleeping four in total)

Three large bathrooms are available - one is an ensuite to the master bedroom, one is next to bed 2 and the third is conveniently located between bedrooms 3 & 4.

The home has ducted air conditioning throughout to ensure year-round comfort, and the north-east aspect fills the home with sunshine and cool breezes all day long.

Things to know

Please be aware the property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with neighbours close by. Parties and excessive noise are not allowed and quiet time is from 10pm. All guests must adhere to the NSW Government Code of Conduct for short term holiday rentals. Failure to do so may result in penalties, including being asked to vacate the property with no refund.

Cabarita Beach is a unique place, reminiscent of an old-school beach town. It feels like a small beachside village, but is so close to everything you need.

The home is located in the heart of Cabarita Beach, just a hop, skip and a jump from some of the best beaches in the country, or a quick stroll or bike ride to renowned restaurants, cafes and bars. Sensational parks are all around for the kids to play, or to sit and enjoy a summer picnic.

Enjoy a swim at Australia’s number 1 beach (voted by Tourism Australia in 2020) or surf the world-class break. Wander down the road and enjoy a drink on the deck of the local surf club or take in some fine dining at Paper Daisy or any of the other fantastic eateries this bustling village has to offer.

The Gold Coast Airport is just 20 minutes away (if you are planning on flying) and Byron Bay is 40 minutes.

One-hour day trips give you so many options to enjoy on your holiday, from the hinterland to the Gold Coast.
