The space

The space features 2 large bedrooms (both with smart TVs and queen beds), 2 bathrooms (one with bath), fully equipped kitchen with all new amenities and appliances. With a generous east facing balcony and breathtaking ocean views that is perfect for early morning coffees as well as a sunset glass of wine. You could even spot whales in the winter, without leaving the apartment! Complete with the extra touches that make it a home away from home, like laundry with washer/dryer combo, full-sized fridge, oven, gas cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, Weber Baby Q BBQ and Fetch TV box in the lounge.

The bedrooms are carpeted and the main bedroom features an ensuite. The entire apartment benefits from ducted air-conditioning. The complex has a pool and indoor/outdoor rec area with communal BBQ facilities as well as a well-equipped gym, overlooking the pool.
